Before our un-rushed session, we’ll take some time to talk and get to know one-another in a relaxed way. We’ll briefly discuss mental, physical and spiritual health issues, goals for our session, and any concerns or limitations – giving time to the natural flow so that we both feel comfortable delving together into a spontaneous journey.
